Corrections policy
Accuracy matters. Readers, providers and other interested parties can ask us to review a specific factual claim.
How to submit a correction
Email contact@datingchoice.eu with “Editorial correction” in the subject line. Include the DatingChoice page URL, the exact passage in question, why you believe it is inaccurate and a reliable source that supports the correction.
What happens next
We review the claim against current, relevant evidence. For service features, prices or terms, first-party provider documentation will normally carry the most weight. We may ask for clarification, but we cannot promise an individual reply or a particular outcome.
How changes are shown
Minor spelling, formatting and clarity changes may be made silently. A material correction that changes the meaning of an article may be accompanied by a dated note. The visible update date may also change when an article receives a substantive review.
Disagreement is not always an error
A factual inaccuracy can be checked against evidence. An editorial assessment—such as whether a registration flow feels clear—may involve judgement. We will consider well-supported challenges to either, but a difference of opinion does not by itself establish a factual error.
Provider requests
Dating services are welcome to identify outdated or incorrect information. Commercial status does not give a provider control over our editorial conclusions. Requests to remove accurate, relevant criticism merely because it is unfavourable will not be treated as corrections.
