Informational purpose

DatingChoice publishes general editorial information about online dating services. Content is not legal, financial, medical, counselling or personalised safety advice. You remain responsible for evaluating information and making your own decisions.

Not a dating service

DatingChoice does not provide matchmaking, dating profiles or user-to-user messaging. A reader account is only an account for DatingChoice site features; it does not create or connect an account on any dating platform. Your relationship with a third-party platform is governed by that provider’s terms, policies and payment rules.

Reader accounts

You must be at least 18 to create a reader account. Provide an email address you are authorised to use, keep your sign-in credentials secure and notify us if you believe the account has been compromised. You are responsible for activity conducted through your account.

You may register with Google or with email and password. Google registration is also subject to Google’s applicable terms. We may restrict or suspend an account where reasonably necessary to investigate abuse, protect the service, comply with law or enforce these terms.

Account availability and closure

Account features may change and are not guaranteed to remain continuously available. You may request closure and deletion by contacting contact@datingchoice.eu. Some information may be retained where required for security, legal obligations or backup integrity, as described in the privacy policy.

Adults-only editorial sections

Some pages discuss adult-dating, casual-encounter and interactive 18+ services in non-explicit, informational language. Those sections are intended only for adults aged 18 or over. Availability and legality vary by location, and you are responsible for following applicable law and the provider’s age and eligibility rules.

Accuracy and changing information

We aim to publish useful, accurate information, but provider features, prices, availability, eligibility and policies can change. Publication or update dates do not guarantee that a third-party offer remains unchanged. Verify material details with the provider before registering or paying.

Affiliate relationships and third-party websites

Some links may be affiliate links. DatingChoice may receive compensation when a qualifying action follows such a link. See the affiliate disclosure. We do not control third-party sites, services, availability, security, conduct or content.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, original DatingChoice text, visual design and branding may not be republished commercially or presented as another party’s work without permission. Ordinary links and brief quotations permitted by law are not restricted by this paragraph.

Acceptable use

Use the site lawfully. Do not create accounts using another person’s identity, probe or bypass authentication controls, damage or disrupt the service, introduce malicious code, impersonate DatingChoice or collect site content at a scale that unreasonably burdens the service.

Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, DatingChoice is not responsible for decisions made solely on the basis of general site information, or for the actions, omissions, products or terms of independent third-party services. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
